- Live Coaching Sessions: When you register for a live coaching session, we collect your name, your email address (for correspondence), school year, exam board and city.
- On-Demand Videos: When you purchase on-demand videos, we collect name and your email address (for correspondence). We use streamingvideoprovider (streamingvideoprovider.com) to host the on-demand videos. When you purchase & play videos, the following information is received: IP address, Country Region, City and device type (mobile/desktop).
- Cookies: Cookies are identifiers that are transferred to your computer or mobile device from your browser. We use several types of cookies for different purposes on our website are all listed in detail below:
- Analytics: Google analytics: Google analytics is an analytics tool that tracks interactions on our website for the purpose of reporting data. Google analytics reports all metrics in aggregate, which means a unique user is never identifiable. Google analytics will track any page a user visits as well as reporting specific website goals such as signing up or purchasing a course.
- Stripe: Stripe (https://stripe.com/) is a secure payment processing platform we use to handle all credit/debit card payments to maximise security. The stripe cookie is used to ensure all credit card payments are encrypted as well as prevent card fraud.
2. Use of Your Personal Information
We may use information that we collect about you for the following reasons:
- Marketing: We will use your personal information in order to contact you regarding upcoming live sessions, updates about resources and special offers.
- Customer Support: We will also use your information to respond to your questions or comments.
- Administrative: We may contact you to inform you about changes in our services, our service offering and other important service related notices (e.g. changes to privacy policy).
- Legal Compliance: We may use your information to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including informal requests from law enforcement or other governmental authorities.

We will never not sell, transfer or lease out your personal data to third parties.

We endeavour to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but we cannot guarantee complete security. 6. GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25th 2018. As Chemistry Coach is a data processor, we have worked hard to make sure we completely comply with GDPR, as well as with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). This is how your personal information is used:
- Name: This is used to make your experience more personalised during live group sessions and email services.
- Email address: Used to identify you for support purposes.
- School Year: Used as an indicator of what videos a student requires.
- City: Used for research purposes so that future services may be provided in your area.
- IP Address: Used by streamingvideoprovider to track usage and control sharing of access to videos.
- Device Type: Used informational purposes to help improve our service.
Further Requirements in Article 28(3) GDPR:
- City: The data that is processed by SnapRevise is processed for the provision of education services through accounts created for students and teachers, allowing them to access educational content
7. Your Right to Delete Personal Data
